Colmex Pro is an established European broker operating out of Limassol, Cyprus since 2010. Licensed and authorized by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec). We're an innovative company in the fast-moving Financial Market and looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Close work with management and employees
  • Managing the performance appraisals, onboarding processes, professional development plans, Compensation & benefits, payroll processing, salary reviews, contracts
  • Recruitment management
  • Monitoring visa renewals for foreign employees, records and reports
  • Manage employee experience activities
  • Office management and administrative support

Requirements:

  • BSc in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 2-4 years HR experience in a dynamic organization
  • Previous experience in FX Industry is an advantage
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Greek
