Job Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling a variety of corporate and legal matters, ensuring the seamless incorporation and ongoing maintenance of companies across various jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating company-related processes and liaising with corporate services providers, internal teams, and stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the strategic trajectory of one of the industry's fastest-growing companies and lead high-profile initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processes of incorporation and ongoing maintenance of companies in various jurisdictions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with corporate services providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth company-related processes.
  • Assist with due diligence (DD) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes handled by banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and other entities.
  • Handle a wide range of corporate/legal matters beyond administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in law is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in dealing with various legal/corporate matters, including the establishment of companies in various jurisdictions and communication with service providers.
  • Experience in the gambling or fintech industries is an advantage.
  • Advanced English. Knowledge of Greek is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Proven ability to manage corporate/legal matters comprehensively, not just administratively.
