Mission / Main focus Codes, tests and delivers assigned tasks in accordance with established processes, timelines and priorities, under the guidance of a Senior Software Engineer.

Main activities to be performed Understands specifications and executes the development plan.

Implements specifications with a high level of quality in accordance with development standards:
coding convention, code documentation, code review, tests... Delivers the development in build version. Contributes to the maintenance of the modules managed by the team. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the code.

Knowledge:
Develops his/her technical and functional knowledge of the team's modules. Understands and masters his/her work environment, identifies obstacles. Understands and follows the processes of the software production chain. Understands and applies the standards and conventions agreed within the development activity.

Complexity:

Begins by performing well-defined tasks of limited scope and carrying out analysis and design assignments within a defined scope.

Progresses towards performing analysis and design tasks of moderate complexity, and is able to make choices within a defined scope.


Supervision:

Begins under the guidance of a Senior Software Engineer in order to facilitate his/her integration and development of expertise.

Progressively develops autonomy on business-as-usual tasks, and only requires guidance on new tasks.

The job requires a certain level of autonomy:

the individual may proactively take the necessary actions to unblock situations and proposes solutions in case of escalation for arbitrage purposes.
