As a licensed financial company with principal membership with card schemes, we specialize in global payments and providing businesses with multi-currency accounts. We are currently undergoing significant expansion and are looking for a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing team. This role can be in one of our offices in Frankfurt, Limassol, Amsterdam, Vilnius or London, it can also be remote anywhere in Europe.

This role is about:

As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing team, driving the strategic management and execution of our CRM initiatives across Europe. This position involves overseeing the setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of our HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with our existing tools and systems. You will lead the charge in automating marketing campaigns, managing data integrity, and providing insightful analytics to enhance our marketing effectiveness. Collaboration with various departments, such as sales, customer support, product, and IT, will be key to aligning our CRM efforts with broader organizational goals. You will also serve as a HubSpot expert, offering training and support to team members and stakeholders, while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our CRM operations at the forefront of innovation.

You will:

1. Hubspot management

  • Set up and configure HubSpot according to organizational needs.
  • Create and manage contact lists, segments, and workflows.
  • Design and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools.
  • Implement lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies.

2. Campaign management

  • Automate marketing campaigns and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, product, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on CRM initiatives.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and recommendations related to the platform to relevant stakeholders.

4. Data Management:

  • Regularly update and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement data hygiene practices such as deduplication, data cleansing, and data validation.
  • Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and manage monthly marketing metrics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales pipeline.
  • Generate accurate reports to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.

6. Cross-Departmental Training:

  • Provide training sessions and resources to educate team members and other departments on effective HubSpot use.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Document best practices, guidelines, and policies for using HubSpot.

7. Technical Integration:

  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools and systems such as IMPLY, client portal, and Intercom.
  • Stay updated on new HubSpot features and functionalities, evaluating their potential impact on business operations.
  • Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features or updates to leverage emerging capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HubSpot management, incorporating relevant innovations into organizational processes.

What we need:

  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and CRM projects.
  • Extensive experience setting up and configuring HubSpot.
  • Proficient in creating and managing contact lists, segments, workflows, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
  • Experience in updating and maintaining CRM data, implementing data hygiene practices.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy compliance, including managing user access and permissions.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and generate insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with other tools and systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot features and functionalities.
  • Experience in providing training and support for CRM users.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various departments.
  • Experience in setting project timelines and managing resources.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Analytical skills to determine root causes and implement solutions.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new features and updates.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a focus on HubSpot.
