  • Handle Ongoing Legal cases
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel and support to our organization ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks
  • Responsible for the general corporate administration function of allocated portfolio including for example, corporate secretarial duties such as preparation of minutes, resolutions, POAs
  • Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers, banking and other institutions.
  • Be familiar with the e-Filing system of the companies registrar
  • Very good awareness of the AML compliance requirements and able to apply relevant judgement and such requirements in practice
  • Communication with associates, agents, clients daily in order to accommodate their legal administration needs
  • Assist management with any internal reporting requirements CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Educated to LLB degree level
    • Solid working experience in a similar position
    • Fluent in Greek and English language
