Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with transactions, including money transfers, currency exchange, and payment services.

Problem Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction details.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with FINTRAC regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation as required.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with daily office operations, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of FINTRAC regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a regulated financial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
