  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, well-documented, tested, and scalable code.
  • Participate in an agile squad (SCRUM Team) actively.
  • Suggest and lead new initiatives that enhance the team's platform and stack, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the team's skills, performance, and growth through mentoring and feedback.
  • Conduct 1-1 sessions with Frontend Engineers and embody the values of the team and company.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chapter Team lead to uphold the chapter's vision and progress on the roadmap.
  • Transform requirements and UX designs accurately into functional frontend code.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through automated testing and monitoring code metrics within specified guidelines and timelines.
  • Participate in planning, design, architecture, and code reviews.
  • Create prototypes and engage in fast-paced projects.
  • Work with fellow engineers to enhance technology and consistently apply best practices.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
    • A strong passion for Frontend Development, focusing on creating user-friendly and contemporary web interfaces.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Frontend Development or Full-stack roles with significant Frontend exposure.
    • Hands-on experience in Agile environments using Scrum.
    • Professional experience in a JavaScript framework like React or Vue.js.
    • Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, encompassing DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Preferably, experience with TypeScript.
    • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, CSS Pre-processors, BEM methodology, and modern CSS techniques like Grid and Flexbox.Kindly note that, due to the high number of applications received by GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
