Quality Assurance Engineer

The role involves taking ownership of mobile automation for trading platforms, ensuring iOS and Android apps deliver fast, stable, and exceptional user experiences. This is an opportunity to revive and scale a broken framework, contribute to a QA-first culture, and be part of a team shaping the future of mobile quality engineering.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing automated tests using Appium and TypeScript across both iOS and Android. Collaboration with product squads, developers, and QA colleagues is essential to embed testing into every phase of development.

Key skills include 5+ years in QA with strong hands-on mobile test automation expertise. Experience with Appium + TypeScript and familiarity with WebdriverIO, BrowserStack, or similar tools are required. Platform knowledge of confident testing both iOS and Android apps using scripted automation tools is also necessary.

This role requires a CI/CD mindset, being comfortable working in Continuous Delivery environments. Understanding that QA is about preventing issues, not just catching bugs, is crucial. A collaborative agile environment with open communication, feedback, and proactive behavior is also vital.
