About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Associate to join our team at Emerald Zebra in Limassol, Cyprus. As a key member of our Regulatory Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients comply with current and upcoming regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the compliance status of our clients, including CIF and CASP entities
  • Stay up-to-date with new and existing legislations and CySEC Circulars
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure our clients meet regulatory requirements
  • Support the Regulatory Compliance team in producing annual regulatory compliance reports, manuals, and other policies
  • Assist with internal audit engagements and provide recommendations for weaknesses and deficiencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent writing skills and proficiency in the English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a Regulatory Compliance related function (advantageous)

  • Competitive salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 24,000 gross/year (depending on experience and qualifications)
