Interior Design Role

Square One, a renowned real estate development company, is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the aesthetics and atmosphere of our developments, working closely with architects, developers, and external partners.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, stylish, and functional interiors that align with our brand and project vision. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with architects and clients on space planning and design direction, developing design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any other 3D design software
  • Strong creative thinking and visualization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, materials and construction methods.
  • Strong portfolio of previous interior design work—experience in real estate projects is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Greek
