Technical Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Mobile Team Lead to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical expertise, with the ability to guide a small but high-performing team in delivering exceptional mobile solutions.

• The role involves leading and mentoring a team of 3–4 mobile engineers, providing technical direction and regular feedback.
• You'll own the delivery of high-quality mobile features built with React Native and modern tooling.
• Making architectural and design decisions to ensure long-term maintainability and performance is also key to this role.

About You:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile development, with strong hands-on experience in React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Familiarity with native development on iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) is a plus.
• Solid experience with CI/CD and testing tools such as GitHub Actions and Fastlane is required.
• A strong understanding of mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive technical delivery.
