About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Director to lead our team and drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
  • Lead and manage hotel staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Director or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
