Your Mission: We are seeking a Compliance Data Monitoring Specialist to support our organization's obligations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CTF). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring constant compliance with KYC, AML, and CTF programs, processes, and instructions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Ongoing Merchant Data Screening: Ensure that all merchant data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Stay Informed: Be aware of ongoing legislation changes, regulatory recommendations, and industry best practices related to AML/CTF, KYC, Client onboarding, PEP, and sanction screening.
  • Monitor Customers: Investigate alerts generated by internal systems and analyze customer information and transactions using internal/external systems, public databases, and records.
  • Analyze Potential Transactions: Identify potential transaction laundering hits and escalate them to further internal teams.
  • Prepare Investigations: Summarize investigation findings and overview customer activity for escalation to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
  • Contribute to Sanctions Measures: Research and analyze alleged sanctions violations or non-compliance as mandated by relevant Regulatory and other bodies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a financial services compliance role.
  • Credentials: University Degree and CAMS/IAC certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of EverC and Refinitiv World Check, investigative experience, and demonstrated understanding of sanctions regimes.
