Senior Full Stack Developer

Our company's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a leading provider of Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, helping clients stay ahead in the digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will act as a proxy between the development teams and clients, working closely with software developers and other stakeholders. This role requires a solid background in development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide colleagues.

Responsibilities include collaborating with software developers, utilising technical knowledge to mentor and assist other developers, coaching and motivating team members, and driving engagement and motivation to sustain talent and reduce attrition rate.

Required skills and qualifications include a minimum of 6-8 years hands-on experience in the IT sector, proficiency in object-oriented-programming (OOP) concepts, algorithms, and data structures, relational databases, asynchronous programming, and cloud-based services. Additionally, fluency in English, good eye for detail, and ability to take self-initiative to learn and deliver are essential.
