This exciting opportunity is available at TOPTALENT, a leading player in the industry. As an iGaming sales and retention expert, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers.

Salary range for this position is approximately $1800-$2500 per month, based on experience, performance, and skills. In addition to a competitive base salary, you can also earn bonuses up to $150 per customer acquisition, as well as cash incentives for achieving high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our company's products and services to potential customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing players to enhance engagement and loyalty
• Monitor player behavior and provide personalized offers to boost retention
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Stay informed about iGaming trends to improve customer experiences and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or fluent English language skills, both oral and written
• Previous phone-based sales experience, preferably in the iGaming industry
• Computer literacy and ability to work with deadlines and targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
• Availability to start immediately
