Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled English German Conversion Specialist to join our team in Paphos, Cyprus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting inquiries into successful sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to convert inquiries into sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and achieve targets.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a conversion agent in English and German.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining customer-focused.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
