• Plan, execute and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Oversee project tracking, team coordination and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions.
• Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks and critical issues.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities.
• Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule and budget using standardized change control practices.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives).

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in complex infrastructure, DevOps or SRE-related domains.
• Technical background (e.g. software development, systems engineering or cloud architecture).
• Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent tech projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent risk and dependency management skills; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them.
• Experience in using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical complexity into business context.
• Experience managing change control and scope negotiation in agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality project documentation and stakeholder updates.

• Strong understanding of SRE/DevOps practices, incident management, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Experience working in scale-up or high-growth fintech or trading platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, Kanban.
• Experience managing projects in regulated environments (e.g. financial services).
