Transformation Consultant

Grow-Talent is working with a leading financial services company to find a skilled Spanish-speaking Transformation Consultant for their Limassol office.

Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 per year

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

The job involves promoting the company's products and services to clients. This will involve developing relationships with prospective and existing customers and converting high-quality leads into long-lasting clients.

• Promote the company's products and services to potential customers
• Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients

• Increase sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship building

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker, both spoken and written. Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience in phone-based sales from any industry
• No prior Forex experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar environment
• Strong customer service orientation and goal-oriented mindset
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
