Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a leading corporate and trust service provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day matters with the Cyprus Registry, including company incorporation, name applications, and submissions of financial statements.
  • Oversee annual obligations such as municipality tax payments and updating the UBO registry.
  • Deal with other relevant authorities, including registration of companies for TIC and VAT, creation of new accounts in Ariadni, and provision of administrative assistance during bank account openings and audits.
Requirements:
  • Professional level of English and Greek language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience in a similar position, preferably in the corporate administration or banking sector.
  • Good understanding of compliance and KYC requirements, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • A competitive salary range of EUR 21,600 - 24,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus of 50% of monthly gross salary, paid mid-December.
