Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a leading corporate and trust service provider.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day matters with the Cyprus Registry, including company incorporation, name applications, and submissions of financial statements.
- Oversee annual obligations such as municipality tax payments and updating the UBO registry.
- Deal with other relevant authorities, including registration of companies for TIC and VAT, creation of new accounts in Ariadni, and provision of administrative assistance during bank account openings and audits.
- Professional level of English and Greek language skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience in a similar position, preferably in the corporate administration or banking sector.
- Good understanding of compliance and KYC requirements, as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A competitive salary range of EUR 21,600 - 24,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
- Bonus of 50% of monthly gross salary, paid mid-December.
