Alpha Talent Solutions is a leading iGaming company that values innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and creating onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively. They will also act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and resolving any issues. Additionally, they will collaborate with managers to establish goals and development plans for employees, assess training needs, and create development programs.

This role requires strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and hands-on experience with HR tools. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Create and refine onboarding programs to integrate and find new hires effectively.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolve any issues.
  • Organize and oversee team-building initiatives and events to promote engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers to establish goals and development plans for employees.
  • Research and recommend benefits and perks to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Assess training needs and create development programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on workforce trends.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and action feedback results.
  • Ensure a healthy work-life balance for employees through thoughtful policies.
  • Implement HR software to track overtime hours, schedule, and more for employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech, marketing, or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
