We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a High-Performance Sales Ambassador in Cyprus or Bulgaria.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates. This will involve making daily outbound calls and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To identify potential blockers hindering client enjoyment of our products and assist new players and current players accordingly.
  • Promote our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support to provide exceptional client experiences.

**Requirements**

  • A strong passion for customer service and sales.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Bilingual or native level of German and fluent in English communication skills.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
