Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the smooth operation of our corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling company documentation, processing applications, coordinating administrative workflows, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups across departments.

  • Maintain and update corporate records, including registers of directors and shareholders, company resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant local laws.
  • Liaise with legal counsel, regulators, and government authorities when needed.
  • Prepare and complete corporate documents such as board resolutions, powers of attorney, and certificates.
  • Draft and submit KYC applications, B2B applications, applications for licenses, permits, business registrations, renewals, and government filings.
  • Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation for internal or external use (e.g., audits, KYC requests, due diligence).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support internal teams by gathering required documentation and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Handle correspondence, draft letters, and follow up on pending documentation and approvals.
  • Monitor deadlines and send reminders to relevant departments for required actions or submissions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in legal administration, paralegal work, general administration, operations, or office coordination.
  • Familiarity with government processes, corporate filings, and document preparation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with authorities, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
