About the Role

This role involves driving our social media presence and engaging our audience through creative content creation, brand awareness, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create high-quality content daily (text, images, videos, and news) to captivate our audience.
• Analyze SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor customer feedback and reviews.
• Design and manage the branding of our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Implement promotions, competitions, and innovative social media features to boost engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an SMM Specialist or Social Media Manager within iGaming B2C is essential.
• Hands-on experience in content management and digital engagement is required.
• Strong copywriting and creative content production skills (text, image, video) are necessary.
• A deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and online marketing channels is crucial.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills are required.
• Native or bilingual Spanish speaker and proficiency in English are mandatory.
