VIP Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our VIP team, driving player growth and retention through strategic decision-making and exceptional people management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in multiple markets, and a proven track record of implementing successful player growth and retention strategies.

• Manage a large team of experienced VIP managers, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
• Develop and implement data-driven multi-market/brand player growth and retention strategies.
• Maintain responsible gaming best practices across all operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Leader or Head of VIP in the iGaming industry.
• Data-driven decision-making ability with an analytical approach.
• Setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP department.
• VIP management experience is essential.
• Proven experience of building and managing relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English and other European languages.
• Negotiation skills.
