Senior Fraud & Payments Role Overview

Your responsibilities will be multifaceted, requiring a combination of analytical skills, technical expertise, and effective communication.

• Develop and implement tailored fraud prevention frameworks that cater to the unique needs of the U.S. market.
• Continuously monitor real-time transactions and player behavior to identify suspicious patterns.
• Investigate chargebacks, bonus abuse cases, and escalate potential fraud incidents as needed.
• Oversee secure payment workflows and integrations to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with payment service providers to resolve issues and improve services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Analyze trends in fraud and payments to inform strategic decisions and reporting.
• Establish and document operational policies and processes for internal use and regulatory purposes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in risk, fraud, or payments within the iGaming or online sweepstakes casino industry.
• A strong understanding of fraud detection tools, risk management strategies, and payment systems.
