Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Legal Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal solutions and advice to colleagues within the organization. They will also be responsible for maintaining the organization's compliance with laws and regulations, as well as identifying and assessing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide expert advice and support on a broad range of legal issues.
  • Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate various types of legal documents, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other documents.
  • Address data protection matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for teams across the organization, enhancing legal and compliance awareness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance policies and guidelines, ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A University degree in Law (LLB Hons)
  • Completion of the Cyprus Bar exams
  • A postgraduate degree in Law (LLM) or other relevant professional qualification would be considered an advantage
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience at a law firm or as an internal legal adviser
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
