The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's operations comply with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, collaborating with internal departments to ensure unified compliance practices, preparing and submitting detailed compliance reports to senior management, monitoring industry developments to maintain compliance with regulatory changes, acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and managing all compliance communications, evaluating and improving existing compliance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, analyzing risks associated with the organization's operations and developing comprehensive action plans to mitigate them, and suggesting practical solutions for regulatory compliance issues and overseeing the implementation of corrective measures.
