Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. They will be responsible for proactively engaging with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.

This role involves making daily outbound calls and follow-ups, assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our company's products, promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.

Responsibilities:
  • To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
  • Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our company's products.
  • Promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
  • Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and achieved.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An energetic passion for customer service and sales.
  • A comfort in striking up conversations while confidently promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate at a bilingual or native level of Spanish and fluent in English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
