Innovation Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in visual communication and AI design tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine traditional design principles with cutting-edge technology to create innovative marketing visuals.

• This role involves delivering effective and visually compelling design support across all product and communication channels.
• The successful candidate will ideate and execute creative concepts for mid- and large-scale marketing campaigns, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based tools like Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, and Adobe Firefly.
• Collaboration with the Acquisition and Marketing teams is essential to develop engaging campaign assets.
• The selected individual will interpret briefs accurately, ask smart questions, and bring fresh creative perspectives to the table.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment will be crucial.
• Additionally, the designer will revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining consistency.

This position requires a Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Graphic Designer.

• Experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment, preferably within the iGaming industry, is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools like Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, and Adobe Firefly is necessary.
• A strong knowledge of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color, composition, and UI fundamentals, is also required.
