Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Trainee.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare set-ups for tables, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure side-stations are clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management to support the team.
