• Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate.
• Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
