In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the entire client journey, from smooth onboarding to building lasting loyalty. You'll shape meaningful client relationships, boost engagement, and ensure a top-tier customer experience that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful strategies to enhance the client lifecycle, from onboarding through engagement and retention.
- Analyze client behaviors and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive client experience.
- Optimize CRM systems to drive decision-making and improve client interactions.
- Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
- Tailor client communications to deliver the right message to different client segments.
- Monitor client lifecycle metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or customer success, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of successfully developing and implementing client relationship strategies.
