Junior Financial Administrator

Hiring a Bookkeeper in Larnaca is an exciting opportunity for a junior Accountant or Bookeeper to join a professional Audit firm as part of a team of highly motivated professionals. Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage clients' transactions, maintain proper books and records, and prepare VAT returns and handle vat issues.
• The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing payroll and social contribution payments/compliance, and providing office administration support related to the Firm's Compliance Obligations and Internal Policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge of Accounting Software (s) and excellent IT skills (Excel/ Word/ Web) are essential.
• The successful candidate will have knowledge and practical experience in the Vat laws, regulations, and circulars, as well as knowledge and practical experience on the social insurance contributions laws and payroll administration.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken) is a must.

Great working hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45-13:00 / 14:00-17:15, Wednesday, Friday: 7:45-15:00.
