Job Description: Urgent Hiring for Portuguese Retention Agents We are on the lookout for talented Portuguese Retention Agents with experience in the FX industry to join our energetic team in Cyprus. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in retention roles within this dynamic field, we want to meet you Location: Cyprus Salary: 2500 - 3000 Retention Agent Bonus & Incentives: Competitive and performance-based Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Retain and nurture our FX clients by maintaining strong relationships. Problem Solving: Address client queries and issues with efficiency and empathy. Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance services. Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year as a retention agent in the FX industry. Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
