A forward-thinking technology company based in Limassol is seeking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. In your new role, you'll apply your expertise in Linux, networking, and cloud-native computing to manage cloud infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability of critical services. If you have experience with AWS, DevOps principles, and infrastructure automation and would like to grow in a company that truly invests in its people, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

You will be responsible for:

  • Administration of cloud solutions, including setting up instances, websites, networks, security groups, and databases.
  • Linux server administration.
  • Managing WAF, CDN, and DNS services.
  • Responding to security incidents and applying patches accordingly.
  • Design high-availability solutions for critical services.
  • Developing and automating CI/CD solutions and applying DevOps best practices.
  • Providing support and work on high-priority incidents.
  • Supporting developers setting up development and testing environments.
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintenance of Services, Tools and Applications on Kubernetes
  • Design and administrative existing infrastructure with AWS.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with Linux, Networking, Cloud native computing
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles
  • Experience with Infrastructure Automation and Continuous Integration/Deployment
  • Experience with CI/CD systems.
  • Experience with setting up Nginx, and PHP-FPM.
  • Experience with Gitlab.

Will be considered an advantage:

  • Industry certifications such as AWS practitioner and AWS Solutions architect.
  • Previous experience in FinTech.

Information:

  • Salary range, depending on experience: 54K to 60K Gross / Year
  • Location: Limassol, fully onsite
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:30, and Friday 8:00 to 14:00.
  • Complimentary lunch in the office.
