You'll actually get to promote new offers, spot trends, optimise the customer experience, and liaise across departments to solve issues properly not just quickly. The role in a nutshell You'll rotate across 3 shifts (yes, its 24/7but you'll always have 2 days off a week): 08:00 -16:00 16:00 - 00:00 00:00 - 08:00 You'll be working from either Limassol or Larnaca (your choice), though your first week of training is in Limassol. What you'll need to bring Excellent written English (you'll be tested nothing scary, just a quick check) Computer literacy (Excel, emails, chat systems) Sharp attention to detail A valid EU passport or work permit A team player attitude and the ability to keep calm when things get a bit busy What's in it for you?
