Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Business) to understand goals and translate them into ML opportunities;Collaborate directly with Product Managers, CTO, CPO, and CEO to align on strategic priorities;Create and manage a structured intake and evaluation process for ML initiatives, ensuring clarity and measurable impact. Team Management: Act as a hands-on people manager: set clear expectations, drive accountability, and give regular feedback;Lead team structure planning, hiring, and on boarding in alignment with business and delivery needs;Participate in team structure and headcount planning based on delivery roadmap and long-term business needs;Assess team strengths and gaps; realign responsibilities or reskill where needed to improve execution. Requirements Proven track record of delivering ML features into production with measurable business impact;Strong execution mindset: delivers results quickly, iterates fast, and learns from data;2+ years of experience managing ML or data teams, including hiring and performance management;Strong collaboration and project management skills across technical and business functions.
