Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Fully onsite)

Rotational Shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trading platform operations.
  • Stay updated with market news.
  • Monitor company exposure and assess risk.
  • Follow company dealing procedures.
  • Review client accounts and analyze trading activity.
  • Identify and report abusive trading behavior.
  • Participate in department projects.
  • Prepare and analyze reports.

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 6 to 12 months of experience in a dealing role (forex customer support role or similar will also be considered).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal is advantageous.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts.
  • CySEC Advanced Certification is a plus.

Education:

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CySEC Advanced Diploma would be considered an advantage.

  • Salary Range: 1400 to 1600 euro gross/month 9x13 salaries) 
  • Shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
