Position: Sales Representative with Dutch

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Employment contract

Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships through consistent communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Stay informed about products, features, and promotions to effectively present their value
  • Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts
  • Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy
  • Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Proactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.

  • Gross 2000 EUR (out of which 1200 EUR is base salary & 800 EUR is safety net (safety net applies only in case the employee does not generate 800 EUR in commissions per mo))
  • 2200 EUR (salary offered is based on relevant CS experience & interview itself)
  • One month paid accommodation, paid flight ticket (one way), paid transportation during first couple of days of employment
  • In average, the good agents are making 2-3k in commissions per month (10-15 EUR per conversion depending on the campaign). They will be calling the agents that are having registered account with the company and offer them initial bonus to start trading. Need to be willing and able to make approx 300 calls a day. Free lunch in the office, paid gym membership, monthly events (organized regularly and not for sake adding to JD). Offices are based close to New Port in Limassol
