Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support daily operations ensuring a smooth workflow.Assist with the preparation and processing of documents.Manage client inquiries and provide timely support via various communication channels.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.Maintain accurate records and databases. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Forex industry.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in using office software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
