We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Support & Help Desk Coordinator to join our company for a full-time engagement on-site at a public authority in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily on-site IT support for the client's users and systems;
  • Coordinate the client's help desk service, including managing tickets, priorities, and escalations;
  • Act as a liaison between end users, IT teams, and service providers;
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain clear documentation of support activities;
  • Provide basic training or guidance to users when needed;
  • Monitor system health and report technical issues or risks.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems coordination roles;
  • Solid understanding of common desktop and office environments (Windows, MS Office, email systems, etc.);
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken);
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset;
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a public sector environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic network or system monitoring tools.
