We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time (8 hours) Interns in Partners Relations, Data Analytics, Customer Support and HR departments in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities (please select the department when applying):

  • Data & Analytics Intern:
    • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources
    • Create and update Power BI reports and dashboards for internal use
    • Maintain and enhance the Power BI semantic model to ensure data accuracy and usability
    • Document data processes, metric definitions, and reporting standards
    • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand business and reporting needs
  • Customer Support Intern:
    • Support the daily operations of the Customer Support team
    • Learn our products and services through training materials and hands-on experience
    • Assist clients via email and live chat by answering questions and guiding them through our platforms
    • Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience
    • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with the guidance of your mentor and team
  • Partnership Operations Intern:
    • Help explain our platforms, trading products, and processes (e.g., account opening, deposits) to partners
    • Support the team in completing daily tasks and achieving team goals
    • Assist in onboarding new partners, including documentation and compliance checks
    • Monitor partner activity and track performance metrics
  • Human Resources Intern:
    • Audit existing communication materials and suggest improvements
    • Work with colleagues across different regions to understand their communication needs
    • Create how-to guides and training content in collaboration with the Learning & Development team
    • Design visuals and improve key documents (e.g., vision, mission, values, company history)
    • Support internal branding initiatives and contribute to strengthening our company culture
    • Help plan and participate in employee engagement activities and events
    • Assist Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment, onboarding, data collection and structuring tasks

Candidate profile:

  • A recent graduate from a reputable university in Cyprus
  • Excellent command of the English language  – both written and spoken
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Critical thinking, analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • A genuine interest in the fintech industry and how it works
