We are looking for
IT Head /
Lead FinTech Integration Engineer
to architect, lead, and oversee all technical integrations across our infrastructure — ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance in every transaction.

Role Description

This is a Hybrid / On-site role for an IT Head / Lead FinTech Integration Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical integration strategy
    between our native backend and:
  • Custody providers (Fireblocks)
  • OEMS platforms (example: Talos, Finery, Wayden)
  • Banks & EMIs for fiat payments and settlements
  • AML/KYT/Travel Rule providers (Chainalysis, Elliptic, Crystal)
  • Crypto exchanges and OTC desks
  • DeFi platforms and aggregators
  • Architect and design
    scalable, secure integration frameworks to handle high-volume transactions.
  • Lead development teams
    in implementing new integrations and maintaining existing connections.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations
    to ensure technical workflows meet regulatory standards.
  • Develop and enforce coding, security, and documentation standards
    across integration projects.
  • Act as the technical liaison
    between product, operations, compliance, and external technology providers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    complex integration issues in production environments.
  • Plan future scalability
    of integration architecture as new products and services are added.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    7+ years backend development, with 3+ years in leadership or technical architecture roles within
    FinTech, payment systems, or crypto trading platforms
    .

Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages:
  • Primary: Python (FastAPI/Django) or (NestJS/Express)
  • Secondary: Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) a plus
  • Blockchain Integrations:
  • Web3 libraries , , )
  • RPC/API experience with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major chains
  • Integration with custody APIs (Fireblocks, Copper, Metaco)
  • Databases:
    PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, time-series DBs
  • Security:
    HSM/MPC wallet flows, API authentication (OAuth2, JWT), OWASP best practices
  • DevOps & Infrastructure:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • AWS/GCP/Azure (VPC design, IAM, security groups)
  • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Trading and settlement workflows in crypto and traditional finance
  • Tokenization and smart contract integration
  • AML/KYT compliance workflows and Travel Rule requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovation and regulatory compliance
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • English (good level A2-C1) and Russian speaking.
