Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician - Optometrist position, based in Nicosia. The responsibilities include conducting eye exams, assisting customers in selecting suitable prescription glasses and sunglasses, and ensuring proper fitting and adjustments. The Optician-Optometrist will provide expert advice on lens options, frame selections, and vision care, while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in conducting eye exams, vision assessments, and recommending corrective measures.
• Knowledge of prescription glasses and sunglasses, lens types, and modern eyewear trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for advising and supporting customers.
• Attention to detail and precision in fitting and adjusting eyewear.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in optometry or opticianry.
• Experience with eyewear retail operations and familiarity with EU quality standards.
• A collaborative and customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and quality care.
