Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be the architect of RevNinja and their clients' brand identity, responsible for ensuring the brands deliver a consistent, competitive, and seamless experience across all regions and platforms. The Brand Manager ensures that the brand's front‑end experience, game portfolio, and overall operational flow are fully optimized by maintaining a high‑quality localized presentation, delivering seamless navigation and deposit processes, curating the strongest game library for each market, and guaranteeing uptime, consistency, and coordination across all teams, ultimately keeping the brand competitive, relevant, and engaging in every region.
Key Responsibilities
Content Consistency & Localization
Ensure all website and mobile website content is coherent, accurate, and aligned across multiple languages and markets.
- Maintain quality control for translations, localizations, and region‑specific messaging.
Collaborate with Marketing to produce authentic content (posts, videos, blogs, streams) that highlight RevNinja's products and campaigns.
Game Portfolio Management
Track and maintain game availability across all geographies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, whilst showing relevant popular games to users
- Optimise game ordering and placement, prioritising the top‑performing games per region.
Monitor new releases, popular trends, and market demands to keep the portfolio competitive.
Aggregator & Platform Coordination
Act as the point of contact with all aggregators, platforms, and game providers.
- Resolve technical issues, and coordinate new game launches.
Ensure timely communication and alignment between external partners and internal teams.
Cross‑Department Collaboration
Liaise regularly with Fraud, Support, CRM, Payments, and Tech to ensure unified workflows.
- Flag issues early and coordinate resolutions to maintain operational stability.
Share insights from community engagement to refine campaigns and improve messaging.
Operational Oversight (Front‑End & Back‑End)
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the brand's front‑end and back‑end systems.
- Oversee website UX, performance, game loading, deposit flow, and the overall user journey.
Identify and escalate issues affecting customer experience or KPIs.
Market Competitiveness & Innovation
Continuously analyse market trends, player preferences, and competitor features.
- Recommend improvements to maintain a strong competitive advantage (e.g., gamification, popular mechanics, new features).
Stay updated on gaming and iGaming trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Promotion & Campaign Coordination
Manage both on‑site promotions and external partner campaigns (e.g., Drops & Wins, seasonal tournaments).
- Ensure promotional materials, rules, and reward structures are accurate and fully aligned with providers.
Represent RevNinja at events, tournaments, and industry trade shows to amplify campaigns and strengthen brand presence.
Brand Representation & Community Engagement
Act as the public face of RevNinja, embodying its values and mission.
- Build strong connections with players, influencers, and communities.
- Demonstrate responsible gaming practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure consistent, positive representation across all platforms and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or operations, ideally in
iGaming
or digital entertainment. - Strong knowledge of aggregators, platforms, and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in community engagement, marketing, or content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming and iGaming culture.
- Ability to travel and represent the brand at events when required.
