About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Support Officer to join our team based in our 
Nicosia
, Cyprus office. 
Start Date: December January 2026

As a 
Support Officer
, you will serve as the first point of contact for our users, providing assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and general support related to our digital assets platform. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive user experience while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake customer profile checks and handle management tasks.
• Monitor support systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Support internal teams with operational or system-related queries.
• Maintain and update internal records and databases.
• Oversee and manage support emails, live chats and manual order processes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Support and operations teams for system improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in office software and backend tools (e.g., CRM systems).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Customer Support/Backend/Backoffice experience in the financial services is a must
• Interest or basic knowledge of crypto assets is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with ticketing and support systems
• Fluency in English is a must. German Language would be a plus - but not mandatory.
• Based in Cyprus

Schedule:

This position operates within a two-shift rotating environment between the hours 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. Employees will be required to work in rotating shifts, including day, and evening shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential.
