As a PHP Software Developer, you will  take part in all stages of the web development life cycle. You will be working in a team within a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, challenging and creative environment in order to achieve team-oriented goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, implement and maintain object-oriented backend applications with PHP
  • Assist in production and launching of applications
  • Perform code review and sudgest recommendations
  • Analyze processes in order to provide solutions

What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:

  • 5+ years related work experience as a backend software developer,
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant work experiance.
  • Strong understanding of MySQL
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies in PHP and database technologies
  • Experience with various web related technologies such as caching, message queues, Docker, Composer Packages, etc.
  • Experience in an Agile environment using Scrum methodologies an asset
  • HTML/JS/CSS knowledge foundation

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in dealing with large scale websites is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Laravel framework.
  • Knowledge of UNIX, and Nginx is an asset
  • Experience with various web related technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch,
