Frontend Software Engineer

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. Your primary goal is to build and maintain core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring exceptional performance, usability, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence, improve development processes, and support the continuous growth of the division.

The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

• Consistently deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements. 
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code with strong test coverage; conduct thorough testing and debugging; maintain clear, high-quality documentation that meets company standards.
• Address complex architectural and performance challenges, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure high availability and fast response times.
• Promote and apply clean code principles, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement in development processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks, optimize build processes, and contribute to ongoing performance improvements.
• Share knowledge with peers, provide constructive feedback during code reviews, and participate in improving team processes and standards.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, QA, product owners, and business analysts to ensure optimal user experience and technical feasibility.
• Support onboarding of new team members, participate in technical interviews (if applicable), and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development preferably with financial/market-based software development or distributed systems
• Proficiency in building SPAs using React.
• Experience with TypeScript or Flow type.
• Strong understanding of CSS, including CSS preprocessors.
• Familiarity with build tools such as webpack, vite, or esbuild.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, and Playwright.
• Understanding of routing in Nginx.
• Ability to analyze client traffic to identify bottlenecks and improve web project performance.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the full web development process: design, development, and deployment.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and technical improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while aligning with team goals.
