S. KANIKLIDES (CYPRUS) LIMITED was founded in 1959 and started as a bookstore and paper import wholesaler. Over the years, the company expanded its import activities and in 2009 constructed a state-of-the-art warehouse for secure document management services including scanning, digitizing, secure storage, and shredding of physical records. Since 2017, they have offered a unique records management service in Cyprus, managing records from creation to disposal.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nicosia for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the operations team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow processes, and maintaining high standards of productivity and performance. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and strong Operations Management experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret operational data
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the records management or document storage industry is a plus
