Responsibilities:

  • Presenting, Promoting and Selling Gan Direct products face-to-face and over the telephone, through the evaluation of customer needs
  • Participating in outbound campaigns aiming to promote and sell company products
  • Handling customer needs, enquiries and complaints efficiently and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Assisting policyholder in understanding the covers they have or wish to obtain through transparency and promoting additional products to them while developing strong customer relationships
  • Cash handling and banking
  • Willing to travel to other cities in Cyprus when and if required

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales

· University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications or similar will be considered as an advantage

· Insurance qualification will also be considered an advantage

· Energetic, enthusiastic and driven by sales

· Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)

· Ability to work under pressure

· Telephone etiquette and good interpersonal skills

· Proven Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
